Guarantee and Return Policy.
At RightTrak Enterpises we are concerned that our customers be satisfied with their purchases.
Therefore, we offer an unconditional guarantee that any Reed and Barton products which you purchased from us will be
satisfactory when you receive them.
Upon receipt of your Reed & Barton products, if you are not satisfied with their condition, contact us immediately either

and let us know what the problem is.
If the merchandise is defective, it will be replaced
at no additional cost to you.
We will obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) from Reed and Barton and
give you instructions about how to return the defective merchandise and receive your replacements.
If you change your mind within the first 30 days after you receive your silverware item
and decide that you wish to return it for a full refund
or exchange it for a different item (subject to the replacement item's availability), contact us and we
will give you specific instructions on how to
proceed.
Please note that this policy pertains only to Reed and Barton items purchased through us.
If you purchased your products from someone else, you must seek relief from them.
