RightTrak Enterprises, Inc. is an all-American internet marketing business incorporated under the laws of the state of Utah with principal business office in Mesa, Arizona.

Guarantee and Return Policy.
At RightTrak Enterpises we are concerned that our customers be satisfied with their purchases.
Therefore, we offer an unconditional guarantee that your purchased products will be satisfactory when you receive them.
Upon receipt of your Reed & Barton products, if you are not satisfied with their condition, contact us immediately either

and let us know what the problem is. If the merchandise is defective, it will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
We will give you instructions about how to return the defective merchandise and receive your replacements.
If you change your mind within the first 30 days after you receive your chest and decide that you wish to return it for a refund
or exchange it for a different model, contact us and we will give you specific instructions on how to proceed.
All returns for refund or exchange must be pre-authorized by the Reed & Barton company.
Without such pre-authorization no returns are allowed.
Returned items must be packed
in the original shipping containers and undamaged. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the
customer. Custom made items may not be returned.
In the case of merchandise returned for refund or replacement
a 25% re-stocking charge is imposed by the Reed & Barton company and will be the responsibility of the
customer. |

We maintain some personal information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and purchase record) in our data base for use to contact you from time to time regarding new products or special sales, etc.
We maintain credit card information only so long as is necessary to verify validity, collect payment for the products ordered, and process any refunds which may be necessary should you elect to return a product under our product guarantee and customer satisfaction policy.
